Mandate, Vision and History

Mandate:
Our mandate is
“to present everyone complete in Christ.” Col. 1:28.
Complete in Christ Ministries is an international teaching and equipping ministry, founded by Scott and Hilary Dalton. The Lord accomplishes transformation in people's lives through Scott's biblical preaching and their Spirit-empowered ministry.

Vision: Scott and Hilary teach and empower people to live fruitful Christian lives. They help to restore people's lives and then mobilize them into the divine calling which the Lord has ordained. This is accomplished through their training schools, conferences and retreats. They also conduct Christian mentorship for pastors and emerging leaders. The result is that men and women become passionate lovers of God and so glorify Jesus with their lives.

History: The Lord called Scott and Hilary to launch Complete in Christ Ministries in 2001. Since then, they have taught and ministered in the regions of North America, Latin America, Western Europe, Asia and The Middle East. They have seen the Lord transform and equip the lives of many people.
